At the workshop, you manufacture the Heavy Catapult & Battering Ram.
Before manufacturing, they have to be researched at the Academy. The workshop has 20 levels. At level 1, you can manufacture the Battering Ram, and at level 10, you can manufacture the Heavy Catapult.
