City Protection in the Game

To help you get started and build your cities safely, we’ve implemented a Protection System that shields your cities from attacks. Here’s everything you need to know about how it works:

Initial Protection for New Players

When you create your account and log in for the first time, all your cities are automatically protected for 5 days. During this period:

  • No one can attack your cities, giving you time to develop your resources and strategy.

  • On the game map, the "Attack" button will be disabled for your cities, so other players can’t target you.

  • A timer at the top-center of your screen shows how much time is left in your protection period.

  • Your protected cities will have a protective bubble icon on the map, making it clear they’re safe.

Protection Cards from the Market

Want to protect a specific city later in the game? You can purchase a Protection Card from the Market building! Here’s how it works:

  • When you buy a Protection Card, it activates protection for the specific city where you purchased it.

  • Just like the initial protection, this prevents attacks on that city, and it will also display the protective bubble icon on the map.

  • This is a great way to safeguard a key city while you focus on building or planning your next move.

Losing Protection

Your protection (whether from the initial 5-day period or a Protection Card) will end immediately if you launch an attack from any of your cities. This includes any type of troop movement or offensive action.

  • Warning Before Attacking: If you try to send troops while a city is protected (by clicking the "Send" button), you’ll see a warning popup. This will remind you that attacking will disable your protection, and you’ll need to confirm your decision before proceeding.

  • Choose wisely—attacking can be a bold move, but it means giving up your city’s safety!

Why It Matters

The Protection System is designed to give you a safe start and strategic options as you grow your empire. Use the initial 5-day protection to build up your cities, and consider Protection Cards to keep specific cities safe later on. The protective bubble on the map makes it easy to spot which cities are shielded, whether they’re yours or another player’s.
